I want it to be a place for freelance EFL/ESL teachers to share activities, ideas and resources for their professional development. I put mine up: you can share stuff in the comments and such.
I started it because most freelance teachers don’t get training and can fall into a rut and stop improving or start feeling that they have lost a bit of the vibrancy and vitality they used to feel about teaching. I’m less freelance these days and more serial part-time but I’m always interested in new propositions.
I hold a Trinity DipTESOL and I hold a MA Applied Linguistics and TESOL (Merit) with Portsmouth University, UK by distance learning. I currently teach at two universities, a junior high school and high school, an orthodontic clinic and a automotive supply company. I have worked in almost every context in Japan that you can imagine.
I am always interested in new opportunities and projects, particularly related to Task-Based Language Teaching, listening and/or pronunciation. To contact me you can email me here:
